A gang sheet lets you pack many designs onto one sheet and pay by area instead of per transfer. Here's how to lay one out so it prints clean and you don't pay for empty space. New to gang sheets? Start with sizes & pricing.
Choose a gang sheet size that fits your quantity. Bigger sheets cost less per square foot, so size up if you have a lot of designs.
Export each design as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at its real print size. Trim empty space around each design so it packs tightly.
Add each design and set the quantity you need of each. Our builder places them on the sheet automatically.
Confirm the print size of every design in inches and leave a small gap (about 0.25") between designs so they cut apart cleanly.
Rearrange or resize to use the space efficiently — empty roll space you paid for is wasted money. Aim to fill the sheet edge to edge.
Check the preview, confirm the price for the filled sheet, and add it to your cart. We print it exactly as arranged.
